Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 801. Objections were heard, then withdrawn. There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(FIN) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Sharp offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1, following "Park": Insert "and to the McNeil River State Game Refuge" Page 5, following line 18: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 9. AS 16.20.041 is repealed." Senator Sharp moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Mackie objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?
